Product Description

Heat shrink packaging is a packaging technology that utilizes the heat-shrinking property to tightly wrap products after heating. Through heating, the film contracts and adheres to the shape of the product, creating protection.

The principle of heat shrink packaging：

Pre-stretching treatment	During the production process, the film undergoes unidirectional or bidirectional stretching, causing the molecular chains to align along the stretching direction and "freeze" in the stretched state.
Heat shrinkage	When heated, the molecular chains gain energy and return from the stretched state to the natural curled state, causing the film to contract and closely adhere to the product.
Percent of contraction	Usually 30% to 80%
Shrinkage temperature	PVC/80°C POF/120°C
